Such is something that fits with my recent article too at wisconsin.condos/real-estate-thoughts-matters/start-to-2026-housing-market-feels-less-predictable/March 2026 brought 3.98 million in sales, a median sales price of $408,800, and 4.1 months of inventory. The median sales price is up 1.4% year-over-year, and inventory was up 0.1 months from March 2025. #NAREHS
